Polyurethane Reactive Hotmelt

Leeson Polyurethanes manufacture high performance PUR Reactive Hotmelt adhesives, offering the ability to produce bespoke products in a range of pack sizes to suit our customers' requirements.

Polyurethane reactive hotmelts enable laminators to utilise high speed production systems. They are 100% solids adhesives, applied at elevated temperatures, typically 120 degrees Celcius they set quickly to form strong initial bonds. They then react with atmospheric moisture to form a thermo set structural bond.

• Variable open times from seconds to several minutes.

• Good resistance to solvents, heat and cold once cured.
