Polyurethane binders 

Leeson Polyurethanes manufactures a wide range of one component polyurethane binders for binding EPDM & SBR rubbers and flexible PU foams.

EPDM & SBR Rubbers

We manufacture rubber crumb polyurethane binders for both pour-in-place and tile production. Within the pour-in-place range we have grades suitable for both hand and machine installation.

When used in accordance with our Technical Datasheet, the binders give excellent tensile and elongation properties to conform with BS7188:1998; as well as resistance to extremes of  temperature.

We have also developed a specific range of materials offering quick bonding times over a wide temperature range. This has extended the workable range of the products both at high and low temperatures.

Flexible PU foam

We also produce one component binders for flexible PU foam.  Applications include carpet underlay and reconstituted seating
