Solvented Textile Adhesives

We manufacture a large range of solvented 'high tack' polyurethane adhesives for lamination of flexible foams, scrims, anti pilling fleeces and other garment quality textiles e.g. artificial furs and leathers.  These adhesives have the following characteristics

• Ideal for continuous lamination lines, particularly textile lamination, foam and scrim.
• Suitable for machine washing and dry cleaning application
• Spray applied.
• High production speeds possible.
• Soft, flexible bond lines produced.
• Solids contents from 30% up to 62% for economic production.
• One component and two component systems available.
• Can be formulated to be flammable or non-flammable depending on customer's requirements.
