Foam Injection Systems

Leeson Polyurethanes formulates and manufactures a range of two component rigid foam injection products for foam filling composite doors, SIPS panels and other void filling applications such as buoyancy for boat hulls.

These products have the advantage of forming to the space into which they are injected and chemically bonding with the internal space.  They are available in water and 245a blown to have a zero ozone depletion potential.  The systems have excellent flow to minimise air entrapment issues.

Further products are available with fire rating to DIN 4102 B2 rating. Leeson Polyurethanes manufacture a range of densities to suit our customers' requirements.

The rigid foam division holds LPCB1208 fire approval for PIR foam (zero depletion potential).
