PUR HOtmelts for Insulated panel lamination

Leeson Polyurethanes Ltd. have now developed PUR Reactive Hotmelts suitable for the lamination of insulated panels, both vacuum formed and flat.

This offers the insulated panel market both the high performance of polyurethane with the speed of hotmelt technology.

It removes the need for pressing reducing typical cycle times from 14 panels in 1 hour to 14 panels in 14 MINUTES!

Roller Application Equipment
